Good Time to Buy Utah Real Estate

Hello, All:

I’ve been off for a while. ‘Didn’t feel like I had too much to say, I suppose. ‘Just watching the amazing events going on in the real estate and the equity markets—and wanting to comment, but it moves so quickly that the major networks and publications are really the place to glean what we need to regarding the economy.

I am optimistic about things. We’re about to get a new president; and that feels good; and there is one direction from our present place -- upward. It seems like it ought to be a great time to buy assets. I’m looking for them.

If you have real property that is a great price and generating cash flow – I’m buying. Call me. Follow the links to ClassStar.com and my phone number is there.

In the meantime, I’ve visited Maui, Hawaii and Ketchum - Sun Valley, ID recently and of course I pick up copies of the local real estate publications and sales figures. Everyone appears to be in the same markets. Sales are down in certain property types; sales are holding even in others, and some property types are increasing slowly while the market works off its inventory. Prices are softening – except in Utah…they seem to be quite strong.

Like I said above…I think this is an incredible time to buy assets.
